Civilian historyTwenty seven and a half years Law Enforcement. Twenty two years 22 years SWAT. Posts held during this time included but not limited to; Team member, Sniper, Sniper team leader, Assault team leader, Master Instructor trainer state of California SWAT, management & supervision of over 45 instructors statewide. Duties included but not limited to; ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, legal requirements and industry standards, curriculum development, instructor development, overall supervision of instructors during SWAT, Sniper and Advanced academies. Over 40 instructor ratings and 135 courses as student.

US Military service from 1978-2011. Three long term deployments during career not including short duration 1-2 week stuff. My final post was as an US ARMY SNCO assigned as a "Team Chief" within a PSYOP Battalion. Former USMC with break in service. 11B20B4, 38A30, 37F40 Peace-time and combat deployments. High level of experience in Humanitarian relief operations, infrastructure development, assessment of civil populations and advisory duties.
