Cleared to pass gas, use big needles,& other stuff, from Shenandoah Valley, Virginia

        trying to kick the habit myself. biggest issue is i live in a house with two other smokers. drives me nuts.

        He had a heart attack a year ago May. The Widow Maker type. Nuff said. I work on the diet and exercise, and I let his friends deal with the smoking. Yes, he wants to quit, yes his job is extremely stressful, so I guess he hasn't quite made the decision yet. Signed, a 20+ years quitter
