Systema and some forms of Aikido are very much alike. They are both awsome human beings and if you can find a Systema School in your A.O. I highly suggest you check it out. The use of Irimi (entering at the right time) and Kuzhusi (spelling) aka breaking your opponents balance with his own energy are very apparent in Colonel Vasiliev's brief demo.
