I guess I don't understand what they're thinking. You aren't getting away, and you don't have the firepower or means to honestly fight out from it. Why waste the time and effort, unless it's for evidence destruction purposes? Even then, you can still figure shit out for the most part anyway unless you self-initiate Operation Waco II or some such crap and have the constitution of a monk to stay in during the incipient stage/flashover.
