I am shipping out in December or October on a Recon contract and the main aspect of my PFT that is lacking are my situps I can get in the 80s but never higher despite working out for the past few months. For reference my other numbers are 17-18 pullups, 20:00 3 mile run. I am doing Stew Smith's Recon/Marsoc prep guide right now but I need to focus on my weakness most of all so extra training can not hurt I feel like. Any suggestions on how I should go about increasing my numbers?
