just joined a crossfit gym , i am aware that crossfit alone is not enough to get ready for CSOR ( canadian special operation regiment) i have been working out for over 12 years and now i am getting bored with my workout ,
I join crossfit to work on some endurance and stop the monotony of a normal gym

I would like what more could i ad

I don't really care what people think about crossfit , ill be doing it for myself and i wont be drinking all the kool-aid.

I want to know what i should ad to crossfit to make me ready for selection

The title of the thread is tongue-in-cheek. The point I was trying to make is that there is quite a bit of discussion in regards to what you are seeking within that thread, and others thread in the fitness area.

How about cleaning up your writing skills before going much farther? We all take the time to post in proper style, the style of a professional. Your writing just stinks and using a cell phone is not a reason to post the way you are.

Well if you're going to do crossfit, make sure you continue to run and do real pull ups.
