Hello, I am a 2nd year cadet at Norwich University and I have a few questions about becoming a Ranger and the path to get there.

Does going to a SMC hold any weight when being considered for Ranger School?

Would enlisting be a bad idea if I am already at a SMC?

Does having a degree hold any weight when being considered for Ranger School?

I’m asking because school is not what I thought it would be and am considering enlisting, but if coming out of a SMC helps to become a Ranger then I will stay in school.
