RASP and Ranger School personality question

At the end of RASP not everyone gets a tan beret. What are some personality traits seen as red flags during selection? Do these have a large effect on pass/fail or is performance more important?

Sorry about that. I’m not trying to find info that’s restricted like criteria only instructors know; Maybe I should have asked instead about anecdotes from RASP.
